| Featuring Wines from Huge Bear Wines Tuesday, March 29, 2011 7pm 558 Sacramento Street, San Francisco, CA Update: Top two pairings for the Huge Bear were the Liberty Farms Duck with giblet grits, honey fried ciopolini, fava beans, pressed jus served with 2007 Huge Bear Cabernet Sauvignon and the Spring Pea Soup with deviled ham hock, 63 degree quail egg, rye toast, pea tendrils served with 2008 Huge Bear Chardonnay. But, of course, every dish was beyond delicious! |
